What we collect
When you contact us — by phone, web form, or email — we collect the information you provide voluntarily. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the city or geographic area you're searching, the care level and budget range, and a description of the situation. We may also collect optional information like the prospective resident's name and current address if you share it during the matching conversation.
When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our analytics tools (Ahrefs Analytics) collect anonymous server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring source, and time-on-page. This data is used in aggregate for site improvement and is not used to identify individual visitors.
How we use the information
The contact information you provide is used to follow up on your inquiry and to coordinate the matching process. With your consent, we share your contact information with the specific senior-care operators we propose to you so they can schedule tours and provide pricing. We do not share your information with operators you have not agreed to consider.
We use email and phone to follow up during the placement process and for the 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day check-ins after move-in. You can opt out of follow-up communication at any time by telling your advisor or replying STOP to a text message.
What we don't do
We do not sell your contact information to third parties. We do not share your information with operators outside the two or three we propose to you. We do not add you to marketing email lists without explicit consent. We do not share information with national senior-placement services or call centers.
Third-party tools we use
Our website uses standard web analytics (Ahrefs Analytics) and is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We use third-party form processing for contact form submissions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete your information. Email [email protected] with the request and we will respond within 30 days. If your information has been shared with operators as part of the matching process, you should also contact those operators directly to request deletion from their systems.
Children
Our service is intended for adults coordinating care for older adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version on this page with an updated date stamp. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
